Great location. Accessible by car, but parking is costly. Great sightseeing, restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to public transport and the train.

Fairly good value for money. WiFi and breakfast pricey.

Service friendliness is ok, but reception and housekeeping were substandard. Acceptably professional staff and mediocre bar service. Poorly managed with subpar restaurant service. Room service could have been improved. Booking process should be better organized. Hotel security can be an issue.

Complaints about dining experience with subpar desserts & fruits. Guests dislike the cleanliness and menus in the restaurant. Low rated side dishes and snacks. Pork dishes are not good. Pizza is great. Tasteless vegetables.
