Due to the fire at the airport there was a great deal of confusion. The BA website did not allow me to register online. But the two concierges, Abi and Sebastian, registered me for my flight home as well as printing the boarding passes. Also, Frankie and Fred helped me with the room in case I was stuck in London. All in all, I thank you for another wonderful stay at your hotel.
